This privacy statement has been written to explain how personal information, you provide, is treated while within the business confines of CHOICEImaging, aka James Stone, and operating under the registered Sole-Proprietorship name of SoftWear Serigraphic Services in the state of Florida. This Privacy Statement, my Store Policies & Legal Notices, along with the privacy policies of CCNow are inclusive of any online business that I may run, and where I use CCNow as my payment processor. It is my intention to comply with any and all applicable data privacy laws, and will absolutely never directly give out any personal information that you may provide during the purchasing of my products, or otherwise in other communications, without your expressed permission.

When you purchase a product from me online, and you enter the Shopping Cart, you are actually being handed-off to CCNow, who then proceeds to process your order using product input, options, etc. which I have provided to them, and which you then select for your order. It is during the Checkout process that you initially provide the sensitive information that is under discussion in this Privacy Statement.

CCNow is a company I use so that I can accept credit cards without acquiring my own Merchant Account. They are a similar service to PayPal from a "seller" standpoint, and they in fact provide you with a PayPal payment option when you are ready to Checkout. I have been using their services since 1999, and I have never experienced any compromise or misuse of anyone's personal information.


WHAT INFORMATION DO I COLLECT & HOW DO I USE IT?

I do not directly collect any information from my customers until they have placed an order through my online store using CCNow as the payment processor. Once an order has been placed, CCNow processes the payment, and if successful, will then forward the order back to me with the information you provided when placing your order. This would include your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and other information required to provide you with the product you ordered from me. Payment information such as your credit card type and number are not forwarded to me, and remain on a secure server with CCNow.

In some instances my business may receive an email inquiry from a prospective customer, in which case, and only after confirmation by the person making the inquiry, I will include that name and email address in my Product Notification mailing list.

The ways in which I may use the personal information provided to me include:

1. to deliver your order, or to notify or otherwise communicate with you on the status of your order;
2. to provide you with technical support or help with an order related problem;
3. to provide you with product updates, product announcements, and other product offerings;
4. to send you, with your consent, newsletters or promotional emails or undertake other promotional activities; and
5. to permit you to participate in online surveys and polls, assuming you voluntarily agree to provide such information in connection with these surveys and polls.

I currently send one email announcement each year to notify my customers that new products are going on sale. This notification is sent generally between August and September.


INFORMATION SHARING

Your personal information provided to me by CCNow, and pertaining to any orders you have placed for my products, is in the form of a purchase order, and is stored accordingly with my other business files and records in a private and secure environment. Under no circumstances, except where requested by you, will I share your personal information outside the original purchase transaction between you, my online store and CCNow as the payment processor.


CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

I may amend this policy from time-to-time should it come to my attention any additional measures related to the protection of your personal information as provided to me, that may further enhance your privacy.
