Created in 1998, CHOICEImaging.com was to be the future hub in a network of Made in America customized, personalized and originally designed printed products selling online to the American marketplace. This online store is part of that network, and this document outlines the Store and Product statements that are in place to address product-related concerns such as Ordering, Fulfillment and Warranty policies. Display images for products sold on this web site are not actual photographs of the product. They are digital illustrations that have been optimized for viewing on a computer monitor, and taken directly from the graphic files used to print your calendar. Although I strive to accurately depict the product, I cannot guarantee an exact match in color or image intensity due to the visual differences that exist between a monitor image and a printed image. The same will be true for Personalized products where an option is available to "proof" a customized design prior to the fulfillment of an order. The "proof" will be a digital computer image, and meant to approximate the actual printed image. For this reason, my Warranty does not cover complaints arising from expectations based solely on digital representations. See further below for additional Warranty information. CCNow is a Secure Online Retailer for thousands of online suppliers, providing those suppliers with the opportunity to accept credit card orders without the need for their own Merchant Account, as well as providing the tools needed to provide customers with a Secure Shopping Cart environment. This CHOICEImaging online store is a "supplier" by virtue of that contractural relationship between CHOICEImaging, aka; SoftWear Serigraphic Services and CCNow. When you shop with CHOICEImaging you will view and select my products, in my store, and in a normal fashion, for purchase through CCNow. When you're ready to make a purchase, you are seamlessly connected to CCNow's secure online transaction system to complete your order. This does not incur any additional costs to the customer, and at the same time provides an additional layer of Customer Service to each transaction. Orders are normally shipped within 3-5 business days after your CCNow order has been accepted, payment has been approved, and once you have uploaded your image-file if you are ordering a Personalized product. Delays may occur during peak holiday season, so please keep that in mind when you place your order. If a problem occurs in the fulfillment of your order which might result in a delay in shipping, you will be contacted at the email address you provided when placing your order. I may occassionally devise or concoct some kind of Sale, Incentive, Special, Rebate or Giveaway in order to persuade customers into purchasing more of my orignal products. Except where otherwise indicated and/or provided for in the Shopping Cart & Checkout process, any discounts or reductions in the amount due on an order require that all items in that order ship to a single address. My printed products are all guaranteed against defects in Material & Workmanship for a period of 30 days from the USPS Delivery Confirmation date. Materials include the type of product that is printed on. Typically this will be a cloth product such as a cap, T-shirt or wall calendar, but would include any other type of product I may offer in the future, or from time to time on a limited basis. Workmanship would include Materials as previously defined, in addition to the print itself. On all ORIGINALLY-DESIGNED, PREPRINTED PRODUCTS, other than original products where some kind of customization is offered, your Satisfaction is 100% Guaranteed! Just contact me with your request for a Refund or Exchange. However, for items returned for Exchange that are not deemed "defective", the Exchange will only be available for orignal products with customizing options, see the following paragraphed section for restrictions which may apply. For all PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOM PRODUCTS, refunds and exchanges are only available for product defects as outlined in the first paragraph of this section. The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is contingent on the customer's understanding of the imaging variables at play in digital reproduction on a computer monitor as opposed to the actual printed product as described in the section above titled: THE SHOWROOM IS "VIRTUAL", BUT THE PRODUCTS ARE REAL. In cases where the product's printed image is unsatisfactory to the customer, please contact me to determine if it is a problem that could have been avoided on my part, or whether the printed image quality was entirely due to the quality of the original image-file provided to me by the customer. I do inspect all image-files submitted by customers for personalized products to determine suitability for quality reproduction. If I believe an image lacks sufficient reproduction quality, I will contact the customer for further instructions on how to proceed or not. In some cases, the customer may expect the printed image to be as bright and crisp as a paper photograph or a monitor image. Unfortunately, printing on a textured cloth background cannot produce an image that is comparable. As the owner and operator of a screenprinting business that has been open since 1991, I can assure you that it would be hard to find anyone who could produce a printed textile product in my price range of the same level of quality. Perhaps in China, but here in the USA, I cannot live on $0.25 an hour. As much as I would like to... When submitting custom text for a personalized or customized product, while I do make every attempt to adequately check for mistakes in spelling, etc., I do not edit the submitted text, nor am I responsible for any errors where I have accurately reproduced the text as submitted by the customer. This would include spelling mistakes made by the customer to their submitted text, and includes the puctuation and capitalization of the text as provided by the customer. If I suspect the customer has unintentionally submitted text with errors in spelling, etc. I will contact them for confirmation, and/or changes. However, during peak production times, it is especially in the best interest of the customer to adequately inspect their text submissions for mistakes prior to placing their order. If an originally-designed product includes an option whereby you may substitute an existing text with your own, rearrange an existing text or opt to omit the existing text, the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee would apply, except where the customer has substituted their own text in place of the original design text. In the case of "Special Dates" submitted by the customer for Cloth Calendars, a defect would be the printing of a date or dates different from that submitted by the customer, or the exclusion of a date or dates submitted by the customer. Customer's who purchase Cloth Calendars are allowed up to (10) ten "Special Dates", of their choosing, at no additional charge, and may optionally purchase an additional package of up-to-ten additional dates for a total of up to (20) twenty "Special Dates". It is the sole responsibility of the customer to comply with the number of "Special Dates" allowed and optionally purchased, and if the number of "Special Dates" submitted by the customer exceeds the number of dates allowed and optionally purchased, I will mark those dates on the calendar in the order they are submitted up to the number of dates allowed and optionally purchased. In general, and with the exception of Material & Workmanship defects, customized and personalized products may not be returned for Refund or Exchange. Nonetheless, If you believe you have received a product that does not meet your expectations for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact me for further consideration. Once your Refund or Exchange has been approved, send the item back to me, prepaid to the address I provide to you. Once the item has been received and inspected to determine that the product is defective, the requested Refund or Exchange procedure will be initiated. REFUNDS will be issued via CCNow under the provisions of their policy, and additionally I will issue to the customer a $5.00 Discount Coupon code that may be used on a future purchase. EXCHANGES will be made for an identical product only, and can be handled directly, without the need to first refund your order through CCNow. The "like-kind" exchange will use the same CCNow Invoice order number. In addition, and to defray the cost of shipping the defective product back to me, I will issue the customer a $5.00 Coupon code that they may use on a future purchase. Please do not return any items, for any reason, until you have contacted me for approval, and where applicable, for instructions on how to proceed with your Refund or Exchange.
